“The news this evening; Somewhere in Mbukpa street Calabar South, madam walked in on her 15-year-old house girl sitting on her husband’s lap watching TikTok videos.
She got furious and stabbed the girl. As I type, she is behind the counter.” Inyang said.
“Can a woman ask a man out?” This is a trending question; one many people have argued about. Is it in the place of a woman or rather, is it right for a woman to ask a man out or propose to him? Must the proposal come from the man? Outside the shores of Africa women see it as no big deal to ask a man out and but in Africa, many people still find it difficult to agree with such concept.
Speaking in a viral video addressing one of the most controversial issues in Africa, is Dr. Abel Damina who is the pastor and founder of the Abel Damina Ministries and Power City International. He is one of the most respected Nigerian pastors and host of the regular TV and radio program, Righteous Invasion Of Truth [R.I.O.T.].
Here is everything Pastor Abel Damina said;
“Who told you, you must marry? Apostle Paul didn’t marry and he said his crown is laid up in heaven. Who told you you’re growing old? Who is talking to you? Who are you listening to? Look at yourself in Christ. Don’t be desperate for marriage, don’t be. Wait on the Lord. Wait patiently and while you’re waiting get busy with soul winning, get busy with impact. When you’re busy you won’t remember time. It is idleness that makes you count your age. Who said you must marry at 25? Who said so? Where is it in the Bible?
There are people that married at 50 and they are enjoying. There are people that married at 23 and they are divorced three times. Wait, don’t let Africa mentality destroy your senses. I was telling my wife yesterday, I saw a place in the Bible where a lady is free to approach a man. The Bible approves a woman to approach or propose to a man. If you like a brother, walk to him and say, “I want to marry you, since you have been wasting time.” You can approach a man and say, “Come brother, it’s like you’re not seeing, look again, God is a good God, I think we can make a home together, receive sight”. There are some brothers, until a sister look at them and breath on them, they will not marry till they die.”
Every woman desires to have a partner, who is well packaged with funds, to spoil them with gifts and other material things. These days, we get to see and hear of a lot of pretty sad and interesting stories, about ladies abandoning their partners for other men due to poverty or pack of money. No women wants to suffer especially in marriage.
Below, is the story of a 25 years old lady, called Erica Okoye, who fell victim to her desires for wealth and material things, making her to singlehandedly break her happy home. Read her story below;
“My name is Erica Okoye and right now I’m in severe pain and heartbreak. I even feel like taking my own life. I used to be married to a very nice and caring man but now I’ve lost everything because of my greed. My husband, Kenneth married me a year ago on December 18th 2019. He was 27 years old, I was 24. We were young and happily in love with each other. At the time of our marriage, my husband had a stable job at a company, paying him 250k monthly. Things were going really well for him and he gave me everything I wanted or ask for.
However, after about 5 months of our marriage, my husband came home one day and told me that he has lost his job. I was heartbroken. He became so poor and was even owning huge debts, he also sold his small camry car which we were managing. This continued for about 2 months. I became angry and frustrated because I could no longer live the life of luxury I loved. My friends didn’t help matters at all, they all advised me to leave my husband till he learns to be a man again and get a new job so he can take good care of me.
I started to verbally abuse and insult my husband. I finally decided to teach him a lesson by going out with different men who bought me lavish clothes, jewelries, expensive pizza, ice cream and all those other things girls love. My husband was shocked at my new behaviors but he didn’t say anything. His silence made me even more angry. I finally decided to pack my things and leave him for good. I also filed for divorce. On the day I was packing, he didn’t say anything or even stopped me, he just looked at me and shook his head. I was surprised, and that was the last time I saw my husband.
Few months later now, I started hearing stories from our mutual friends and associates claiming that my ex husband is now rich and even bought a house in Banana island and he’s now living with another woman. I thought they were just lying until the day I saw him myself, coming out of a brand new 2020 range rover outside a shopping mall with the said lady. I was so shocked I couldn’t move. He just pretended like he didn’t see me and drove away. I later contacted one of his close friends through Facebook and he explained everything to me.
Kenneth, my ex husband was not only wealthy but also the new owner of the multi million naira company where he used to work. He got lucky enough to be promoted to the office of the CEO and instead of telling me he just decided to test me if I was really a good woman and if he could spend the rest of his life with me, not the type that would just be after his money. Ever since I found out the truth, I’ve not been able to eat well or sleep. I’ve been so frustrated not knowing what to do or how to approach him and beg. I really need advice on what to do please, what should I do. I’m broken.

A Cherubim and Seraphim prophet is currently cooling down in police custody after he was arrested for allegedly killing a 25-year-old housewife identified as Bosede Oguntade in Oyo state.
The man identified as Dotun Ogunlade reportedly strangled her to death on her visit to see him in Oyo State to seek help for her spiritual problems. Police Commissioner Shina Olukolu, who led a team of police officers to the place where the woman was buried, said the victim’s head and arms were cut off before burying her.
Police reports reveal that upon arrival in Igboora, the false prophet told him to first get over the stress of his trip by taking depressants. She said Ogunlade allegedly injected her with a large dose of depressants and subsequently overpowered and strangled her.
Olukolu said that Oguntade’s head and arms were removed for rituals, while the remaining parts of the body were buried in a shallow grave in Ogboja, Igboora.
Speaking to the press, the police chief further revealed: “Subsequent investigations revealed that parts of his body were burned and ground into powder so that the rituals became powerful and rich. Two knives used to sever her body were also recovered, a bag of white clothes containing substance inside a gourd where the supposed dusty parts were kept and a bottle of stallion brandy. “
Addressing reporters, Ogunlade said he gained experience with his former boss, who was also a prophet to Cherubim and Seraphim.
He said: “The woman and I have been chatting on Facebook since January. Later I invited her to Igboora. Mutiu, a friend of mine, had told me about his challenges. He told me he was ready for the money rituals. So, I decided to use the woman for this purpose .
“When the woman came later from Ilorin, I went to look for her and took her to Igboora from Iseyin. Upon her arrival at my home on May 31, I gave her sleeping medication after she complained of body aches. He fell asleep and I cut off his head and arms. Later, his head was burned to ashes by the money rituals, ”Ogunlade said.

It was a shocking story as a Florida woman accused of having s3x with an 11-year-old boy was arrested on a slew of new charges.
An additional 14 charges were filed against her of s3xual battery on an 11-year-old that led to her having the boy’s child.
The relationship started in 2014 and Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies said the baby boy was born later that year.
Investigators arrested 25-year-old Marissa Ashley Mowry. She was originally charged with s3xual battery on an 11-year-old child.
Mowry was charged Wednesday with three counts of s3x assault by 18 years of age s3x battery victim under 12 years of age, and 11 counts of s3x assault by custodian s3x battery victim 12 years of age and under 18 years of age.
Investigators said Mowry admitted to having a s3xual relationship with the boy.
In January 2014, investigators said, who was 22 at the time, had s3xual intercourse with the 11-year-old at a home in Hillsborough County. As a result, Mowry got pregnant and gave birth in October 2014.
Deputies said Mowry and the victim continued to have s3xual contact several times until this year when the victim was 14.
Mowry currently lives in at the Regency Palms Apartments in Port Richey, but she was living in Brandon during the time of the encounters.
Investigators said the victim was also a Brandon resident but deputies would not elaborate on how the two were connected in an effort to conceal the victim’s identity.
Investigators said that in April of this year someone anonymously reported the encounters through an abuse tip line in Pasco County.
Pasco County deputies sent the report to Hillsborough County where the encounters took place.
In Mowry’s original statement to law enforcement, she told deputies that at one point the boy forcibly had s3x with her while she was “highly medicated” on Benadryl and Amoxicillin due to a cold.
She said she was sleeping and woke up to the boy touching her sexually and that’s when he forced himself on her and had s3xual intercourse. She said she told the victim to “stop.”
Mowry later denied that any of it ever happened during a recorded conversation with the boy. Investigators were listening in on the other line, according to arrest records.
Deputies said they now have new information after interviewing Mowry but are not yet ready to disclose those details.
Deputies said Mowry is currently pregnant but said the baby is not related to the young father.
News Channel 8 spoke with a person who knows Mowry very well. They say the woman was a runaway who used drugs and was in and out of the juvenile court system many times. They tell us she had a troubled childhood, and say her mother is devastated.
Neighbours said Mowry’s boyfriend recently got back from a military deployment and was shocked to hear the baby was fathered by a child.
The Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office’s Child Protective Division is also involved in the investigation.
Deputies said the baby of the young father, who is now nearly 3- years old, will be placed with a responsible adult.
Mowry’s s3xual battery charge is a capital offense and comes with a mandatory life sentence if convicted.
